Jacqueline A. Kent, RPA-C
Jackie has been a practicing Physician Assistant since 1999. She started at Evergreen in 2004. Prior to that she worked in Urogynecology, Geriatrics, and Pediatrics.
She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
She enjoys jogging, cross country skiing, and gardening, and playing with her two daughters.

Guinevere Hellems, RPA-C
Guin joined Evergreen in 2011 after working in an Internal Medicine practice in Greece since 2009. She holds a BA in Biology from Bucknell University and received her Master's from Daemen College. As a Board Certified Physician Assistant, she is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She enjoys traveling, reading, cooking with friends, and spending time with her family.
