David M. Newman, MD
Dr. Newman has practiced in Brockport since 1983.
In addition to working in the office he attends at Lakeside Memorial Hospital including ICU, obstetrics, newborn nursery, and nursing home. He assists at surgery and occasionally works in the Emergency Department.
He is Board Certified in Family Medicine and is a member of the Monroe County Medical Society and the American Medical Informatics Association.
Hobbies include bicycling, travel, reading, computers, and woodworking.

Nilsa M. Martinez, MD
Dr. Martinez has practiced in Brockport since 2003.

Born in Puerto Rico, she is fully bilingual English / Spanish.
Hobbies include scrapbooking and sewing.

Jacqueline A. Kent, RPA-C
Jackie has been a practicing Physician Assistant since 1999. She started at Evergreen in 2004. Prior to that she worked in Urogynecology, Geriatrics, and Pediatrics.
She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Her two young children occupy much of her time. She also enjoys jogging, cross country skiing, and gardening.

Kim joined Evergreen in 2009 after many years in a Pediatric practice south of Rochester.
